Tour inquiry privacy notice

This notice describes the Empire 225 inquiry and tour request form handled by eXp Realty.

Information you choose to share

The form collects your name, phone number, preferred apartment type, optional preferred tour time and your optional follow-up communication consent choice. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss availability and arrange your visit. The form does not collect an email address.

How your inquiry is handled

When you select Book Now, your details are emailed to our leasing contact at hello@byroncampos.com. This happens before the optional tour-time step, so we can follow up even if you do not choose a time. A preferred time is sent as an update to your inquiry; it is not a confirmed appointment.

Vercel hosts the website and processes the form. Resend delivers the inquiry notification email. These service providers process information needed to perform those functions. Technical request data is used to help prevent abuse. The website does not place your contact details in its URL or browser storage. Inquiry emails are retained to handle your request and follow-up; contact us below with questions or deletion requests.

Your choices

Read the Communication terms. Optional follow-up calls and texts are a separate choice from requesting a direct response to your inquiry.

Text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of renting. You can request a tour without agreeing to texts. The checkbox starts selected. The inquiry email records its submitted state and that it was preselected; this is not recorded as active automated-text consent. Separate affirmative permission is needed before automated texts are sent. Your communication choice is included in the inquiry email; this website does not currently send automatic text messages. If you opt in and receive texts, messages may be automated, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
